The COLL House is pet friendly! Please read our Pet Policy and
contact us in advance for your companion reservations;
cost is $10/night.

DIRECTIONS TO THE COLL HOUSE:

  • Off of Highway 17 take the T Road heading East towards the mountains. There is a sign on Highway 17 that says Crestone.
  • In about 11 miles you will see the entrance to the Baca Grande on the right. Take that right.
  • Off that main road take your third left onto Moonlight Way. There is a small firehouse at that left as a marker.
  • Head straight up the mountain. At approximately 1.3 miles you will pass a road on the right called Peaceful Way. Right after that road you will see the Coll House on the right.
  • There is a sign out on the street that says The Coll House. Welcome!

Upstairs Studio Apt:

600 sq. ft. private studio apartment with outside staired entrance, queen bed, queen futon, wood stove, full bath and full kitchen. Can sleep up to 4 persons.

$105 per night (single or double)
Additional occupants:
$20 per night, per person

2 In-House Rooms:

Bedroom 1:
Queen bed and twin-size sleeper/love seat with private bath.

Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with private bath.

$85 per night (single)

Downstairs Studio:

Queen bed and pullout queen sofa, separate bedroom with queen bed, 3/4 bath and kitchenette with private entrance and patio. Can sleep up to 6 persons.

Coll House Pet Policy:

  1. All dogs must be brought into and out of the Coll House on a lead.
  2. Your dog must be with you at all times, unless you are eating breakfast in the kitchen. You are responsible for your pet at all times during your visit.
  3. Crestone is abundant with hiking trails and great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with your pet.
  4. There is an additional charge of $10/day for a pet-friendly room. This will be added onto your final bill.
  5. We sincerely hope that you enjoy the opportunity of having your pet with you during your stay at the Coll House.
